Chuck Dennis, Director
Mr. Dennis has over 23 years experience in managing and building technology businesses. Mr. Dennis currently is a general partner of 1024 Partners, LLC, a Bellevue, Washington based venture capital company focused on supporting early stage high tech and life sciences companies. Mr. Dennis has held leadership positions at Openwave Systems, Inc., @mobile.com, Inc., AT&T Wireless, Inc., and GTE Telephone Operations, Inc. Mr. Dennis is a board member of the Seattle Chapter of the Patrons of Cystic Fibrosis. Mr. Dennis received his BA in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.


Beatrice Langton-Webster, Ph.D., Director
Dr. Langton-Webster has over 20 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with particular expertise in strategic product planning, operational management, licensing and strategic business development and preclinical & clinical program design and management.  Dr. Langton-Webster has been a part of the Inologic team for 4 years, serving first as VP of drug development and then as COO. Prior to joining Inologic, Dr. Langton-Webster served as President and Senior Consultant for BC Associates, a consulting firm specializing in competitive and investment analysis, drug discovery and development program design, operational and team management, and strategic planning.  She has also served as Head of the Oncology Strategic Research Unit at Triton/Berlex Biosciences (Schering AG) and as Senior Director, Preclinical Development for Megabios Corporation (now Valentis Corporation).  Her scientific efforts have focused on the identification of therapeutic agents that affect cell signaling and she is the inventor on a number of pivotal patents related to the HER-2/neu antibody for breast cancer. She holds a B.A. in Bacteriology from University of California, Los Angeles and a Ph.D. in medical microbiology and immunology from the University of California, Davis.

Ed Field, Director
Mr. Field has over a decade of biotechnology experience in operational management, business development, finance and strategic planning. Mr. Field is currently CEO of Aldagen and served as ISM Therapeutics CEO from 2002 to 2004. Prior to joining ISM Therapeutics, Mr. Field was the President of Molecumetics, Ltd., where he was instrumental in building the 70-person drug discovery company in Seattle, concluding with its merger with Therics (Princeton, NJ). While at Molecumetics, Mr. Field was responsible for negotiating collaboration agreements with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pharmacia Corporation, Asahi Kassei, Teijin and Tularik resulting in nearly $30 million of non-equity payments. Prior to Molecumetics, Mr. Field evaluated early-stage life science investments for a corporate venture arm and was a consultant to pharmaceutical and chemical companies in the areas of strategic planning and competition and market analysis. Mr. Field received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Administration and a BS in Economics from Duke University.
